The tag platform_lift:maxweight=* is used to state the maximum load capacity of a platform lift. This allows wheelchair users to know in advance whether a platform lift is capable of lifting them and their wheelchair. As with all weight tags, the unit is assumed to be in metric tons (t).
Usage
Add platform_lift:maxweight=* to an element tagged with platform_lift=*.
