The seats:separated=* tag is used to specify whether or not the seats on a feature, most commonly a bench, are physically separated from one another.
Separation may take the form of gaps between seats, armrests, or small protrusions included as a hostile architecture element.
Values
- seats:separated=yes: The seats of a feature are physically separated.
- seats:separated=no: The seats of a feature are not physically separated.
Note that seats:separated=* is used only to indicate the presence or lack of separation, not to specify the number of separated seats.
Examples
1. A bench with separated seats
2. A bench without separated seats
- amenity=bench
- backrest=yes
- armrest=no
- seats:separated=no
