used mostly in Croatia, with some use in Haiti.
In Croatia, mostly used for bicycle infrastructure to indicate issues with horizontal (i.e. markings on the ground) and vertical (i.e. traffic signs) signalisation.
Values

| signalisation=illegal | Signalisation is done contrary to the current traffic law; municipality must fix it. |
| signalisation=faded | Signalisation (usually markings on the ground) are barely visible, on the way of becoming signalisation=no |
| signalisation=excellent | Signalisation is in excellent state (usually because it was broken previously, and is now fixed) |
| signalisation=no | Signalisation is missing. |
