In Croatia, mostly used for bicycle infrastructure to indicate issues with horizontal (i.e. markings on the ground) and vertical (i.e. traffic signs) signalisation.

signalisation=legal | Signalisation has been fixed and is now correct (that is the default if no signalisation=* is tagged) |
signalisation=faded | Signalisation (usually markings on the ground) are barely visible, on the way of becoming signalisation=no |
signalisation=excellent | Signalisation is in excellent state (usually because it was broken previously, and is now fixed) |
