The tag website:regulation=* can be used to specify the full URL to the official regulation e.g. of a nature Reserve. (boundary=protected_area)
Format
Websites URL usually follow this syntax :
http(s)://(www.)domain.tld/(page)(?parameters)(#anchor), where parts in parenthesis may be optional.
