Road Routes in New South Wales
The following is a list of road routes in New South Wales and their associated OpenStreetMap relations. This list is to simplify the management of these routes across the state and to avoid duplication. Due to the frequency and complexity of changes, this page can quickly become outdated: please don't hesitate to update this page as needed. For guidelines surrounding road tagging and mapping, refer to the Australian Tagging Guidelines.
New South Wales has almost entirely transitioned to newer style "alphanumeric routes"; only the tourist route network remains on the old route system.
