Offmaps 2 is an app for the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. It renders OpenStreetMap data directly on device using a proprietary rendering framework called QuartzMaps by the same company.

The main feature is the ability to download maps for selected areas around the world with several zoom levels for offline viewing. Very useful if you remember to do this while at home before heading somewhere.
