Usage
Proposal
carpet hanger (also carpet stand or carpet rack) is a construction to hang carpets for cleaning with the help of carpet beaters.

Rationale
Currently there is no documented tagging scheme for this feature. At this moment amenity=beater is typically used, but it seems poor tag name, not matching English name for this feature.

Testing
I mapped several objects during making a map for small orienteering competition and I encountered no issues. I initially used amenity=beater, but I recently retagged this objects to man_made=carpet_hanger.

- I approve this proposal. As this is small construction like eg. bbq, bench or telephone, I prefer amenity=carpet_hanger more (man_made=* is for bigger constructions like chimneys, lighthouses or windmills), but if most of votes here will be for man_made key, I can agree too.
