Proposal talk:Banya building (Bath house)

The term "Sauna" has two meanings: traditional Finnish bath and generic bath: "a room or building designed as a place to experience dry or wet heat sessions, or an establishment with one or more of these facilities" Sauna on Wikipedia I think "building=bath" is OK, but if we want it to be shown as banya in native and web apps, web sites etc, I think it's better to still use it with combination with "leisure=sauna" or other description of what's going on inside. I also think we should not introduce local names into tagging system. --Ambush (talk) 15:40, 21 November 2024 (UTC)
