ENG: In Russia and in some other countries, on private plots (on  dachas and in rural areas) a  banya (bathhouse) building is often constructed for personal use. For these buildings, it does not make sense to use tags from the leisure=* and amenity=* groups, which are applicable for public baths, as these buildings are not intended to provide services to the public. There are several ways of mapping these buildings:

RUS: В России и в некоторых других странах на личных участках (на дачах и в сельской местности) часто строят здание бани для персонального использования. Для этих зданий нет смысла использовать теги из групп leisure и amenity, которые применимы для общественных бань, так как эти здания не предназначены для оказания услуг публики. Существует несколько подходов, как маппить эти здания:

Rationale

ENG: I suggest using a combination of tags building=service + service=banya. This will allow to unambiguously identify the building of the banya, to separate it from other buildings on the plots.
RUS: Предлагаю использовать комбинацию тегов building=service + service=banya. Это позволит однозначно определить здание бани, отделить от других построек на участках.

Rendering

ENG: It is not appropriate to display unique icons on the rendering as these buildings are for personal use and not for public services. The banya building should be rendered like other service buildings, but a separate tag would be useful for statistical research.

RUS: На рендере не стоит отображать уникальные значки, так как эти здания предназначены для личного использования, а не для оказания услуг населению. Здание бани нужно отображать как и прочие сервисные здания, но отдельный тег будет полезен для статистических исследований.
