Render basket node with 10m "Circle One"

Rendering the basket node to indicate the "Circle One" 10m circle, and possibly "Circle Two" 20m circle would be pretty neat.

This is an example SVG. Circle One is important even at the amateur level because you are not allowed to step putt inside circle one. Circle Two putting is only for statistics, not a rule change. Circle Two is hardly marked (e.g. with landscape markers) on amateur courses and so would probably be best to render only in response to an optional tag. 'Normal' courses have basket positions that are tighter with woods, brush, branches and other obstacles encroaching in the 20m circle.

How is sport=disc_golf implied?

Clarification needed: On the Tag:leisure=disc golf course wiki page, it says not to use sport=disc_golf (because it is implied). Where is this underlying assumption? How does this work? What are the side-effects of the implied tag?
