An emergency call centre is a centre where requests to emergency services numbers arrive. It may receive emergency calls or communications from a single emergency service or from several. It's also called PSAP (Public Safety Answering Point).
How to map
Set a node or draw as an area. Tag it with emergency=control_centre.
