Facilities which cool liquids in industrial processes such as mechanical draft cooling facilities, evaporative cooling facilities, and air cooling facilities. Commonly used distinctly from the tower:type=cooling in situations where the cooling facility is a building rather than a classical natural draft cooling tower.
