A shops which sells snacks.

In American English these are commonly referred to as a "concession stand" or a "snack bar." These are often open seasonally and only during certain times (e.g., during a sporting event). A common tagging combination for these is shop=snack and building=kiosk or building=shed

Example

Street vendor appearing at the same location, selling obwarzanki krakowskie which are type of bread, but marking places selling solely them as shop=bakery would be quite misleading.

Based on the street_vendor=yes page, only vendors reliably appearing in the same location are verifiable and therefore mappable in OpenStreetMap.
