Outreach - a non-residential facility that provides social welfare services such as advocacy, counseling, job placement, veterans services, housing placement, wellness programs or leisure activities.

Contrary to the description of the term outreach in Wikipedia, which primarily covers the mobile deployment of a service on site of the target groups (street work), social_facility=outreach is used for facilities offering their services at their own premises. It cannot be ruled out that mobile outreach is also part of the service, but this is not a mandatory requirement and very often not the case.

For administrative offices or hubs of facilities offering their services exclusively on a mobile basis, such as street work or outpatient home care, use social_facility=ambulatory_care.

How to map

Set a node at the center of the facility or draw an area along its outline.

Add the tag amenity=social_facility + social_facility=outreach.
