I came across this via the Canada:Ontario:Ottawa/Import/Plan page which used this template. Seems like a good structure. Nice work Jeff.

I was going to ask about the workflow idea for this. Do you think each import might have a plan page like this, which is laid down as a record (and left alone as an old wiki page) Or would you say the page should actually become the "living document" describing the progress and current status of the import as it progresses? Maybe it doesn't matter, either way would work, but I guess it's useful for people to clear about a wiki page purpose one way or the other.
