The parts aren't that separate in my opinion. It's mostly just a point file for libraries and other POIs and a polygon file for buildings. Parks is separate but I am unsure as to whether we will add that yet or if we will add other files tooGregoryM (GregoryMu on osm)

License

It is not clear to me that the data is in the public domain. http://gisdata.pgplanning.org/opendata/ only specifies that the open data initiative "allows for the distribution of digital data to anyone in the public and private sectors" and that the data "is available at no cost".

This does not mean that the data is in the public domain. For example, the digital data on Wikipedia is also available at no cost to anyone in the public and private sectors, but it is not in the public domain (instead it is available under a Creative Commons license). I brought the same explicit license point a few times over the past few years to the Prince George's County GIS OpenData portal contacts and with a few in person reps with no response, but apparently something got through. The GIS Open Data portal now clearly states it applies the CC-BY 4.0 license as I viewed http://gisdata.pgplanning.org/opendata/ on May 11, 2019. Hi there, Elliott here with the Data Working Group. M-NCPPC reached out to me about this issue. They own the data and gave explicit permission for its use in OSM by one of their employees that did the import. There are numerous cases of imports being officially authorized by a government official, where their public open data portal terms may not agree. Therefore, this point is moot in this particular case.
