API5.0 Update

After the server update to API 5.0, the generation of the map.mpx file does not include segment coordinates any more. Jochen did store a new osm2mpx.xml at http://cia.vc/stats/author/Jochen/.message/2896 However, I could not generate a valid map.mpx file out of an 5.0 OSM file. --ThomasKlosa 23:44, 16 October 2007 (BST)
