Sister application?
What's the relation between OSMTracker (android) and OSMTracker (Windows Mobile)? This page says it's "the sister application", but I see in this edit on the other page, Mr Tux is denying this relationship. I was going to suggest that the OSMTracker page be renamed "OSMTracker (Windows Mobile)", largely to avoid confusion for people trying to find this page... but maybe I'd be stirring up trouble be doing so :-O - Harry Wood (talk) 15:48, 4 March 2013 (UTC)
- Sister project or not, we surely need a disambiguation page like Wikipedia, given that both programs have the same name, and (arguably!) Android is more relevant because it's more used worldwide. --Nighto (talk) 18:54, 4 March 2013 (UTC)
- Yeah. Mr Tux is definitely not happy about the naming situation though... awkward. -- Harry Wood (talk) 12:26, 31 December 2013 (UTC)
- I'm after creating a disambiguation page, at OSMTracker, in line with standard WP practice. Tongro (talk) 13:05, 31 December 2013 (UTC)
Send Track by eMail
it would be nice to send gpx direct by email to userdefine-email-adress. --Lübeck (talk) 06:02, 20 May 2015 (UTC)
audio file format
It appears (need to confirm) Osmtracker does not support WAV exports. This means a file conversion step is needed before importing to JOSM. -- SwiftFast (talk) 10:35, 2 May 2017 (UTC)
