What tags are defined on this page?
Not clear from the text. RicoZ (talk)
- I agree that it could have been better documented (but I'll leave that to the maintainer), but the tags in question is seamark:type=rock with either one of seamark:rock:water_level=covers, seamark:rock:water_level=awash, and seamark:rock:water_level=submerged. The S100 code WATLEV which is the base for the second tag can also take the following values, but these does not apply to rocks in any certain degree: part-submerged, dry, floods, floating, above_mwl and below_mwl. I hope this answered your question. --Skippern (talk) 23:45, 23 August 2014 (UTC)
- Thanks, I have not done any sea mapping before but wanted to mark a few rocks around the Seychelles. Do you see any obvious problems with this attempt? http://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/24977014#map=19/-4.29004/55.68594
- Should rocks that are small but some meters also be marked with seamark:type=rock ? RicoZ (talk) 12:08, 24 August 2014 (UTC)
