Vice County Boundary source information
The original terms of use of the National Biodiversity Network's boundary information was quite restrictive. This was more recently revised to allow use under the OS OpenData license. After the OS confirmed it was OK to use their data still even after the license change, User:EdLoach used the contact form on the NBN website to check whether this meant it was also OK to use the Vice County boundary information. Enquiry: http://www.nbn.org.uk/Useful-things/Mapping/VCB-page1.aspx says data can be used within the terms of the OS OpenData Licence. The OS has confirmed it is OK for their Open Data to be used for deriving information in OpenStreetMap (with attribution on http://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright ). Logic would suggest this should therefore also be true of your vice county boundary data, but I thought it would be polite to check with you first. Thanks Ed
