Multiple nodes

@JesseFW: Some mappers use a semicolon-delimited list as seen here, but others map the signs as two nodes. Can you think of a good way to explain this in the article? I think the stop sign assembly is a good place to make this point, because it would tend to co-occur with street name signs, which need to be tagged with directions that vary by sign. – Minh Nguyễn ^💬 07:37, 28 March 2024 (UTC)

I agree this would be a good place, but I'm not sure how to phrase it, either! Also, I strongly prefer your idea of separate nodes (at least for independent signs, of which I'm not sure this is?) JesseFW (talk) 11:13, 28 March 2024 (UTC)
