"above statements" fix

Where it says "Note: the above statements wrt the transfer of registration do not correspond to the actual facts" this is unclear. Could we just rewrite the wiki page to correspond to the actual facts? I guess that might include stating that some earlier claims had been made, but these were incorrect. It's not 100% clear now which "above statements" exactly this is referring to -- Harry Wood (talk) 23:43, 9 January 2016 (UTC)
