Biography

My name is Francesco Frassinelli (frafra). I am a long time Python developer and GNU/Linux sysadmin.

I have been active in PoliMappers since its foundation, as vicepresident and technical officer; I studied at Politecnico di Milano where I got a BSc in Computer Science Engineering, and MSc Geoinformatics Engineering.

My personal website is frafra.eu and most of my free software project are available at github.com/frafra/.

Activities

I have added data near Vallecrosia and Vignate, but most of the changes I made have been made outside Italy, using HOT. I have been a Mapillary contributor.

I developed some tools, including Is OSM up-to-date?

I have previously been OSM coordinator of the Lombardy region (Italy) for Wikimedia Italia
