The lgbtq:signed=* tag is used to indicate whether the LGBTQ+-friendliness of a feature can be verified on location by the presence of a posted sign, message, flag, or sticker.
Most commonly, this is used to indicate the presence of a pride flag (and/or any variant), an HRC sticker, or a posted message.
Values
- lgbtq:signed=yes: Indication of level of LGBTQ+-friendliness is present
- lgbtq:signed=no: No indication of level of LGBTQ+-friendliness is present
Note that any value of lgbtq:signed=* is not indicative of the value of lgbtq=* - only whether it is possible to determine via survey whether an indication of any level of LGBTQ+-friendliness is present or not.
How to map
- Add lgbtq:signed=yes to a feature to specify that an indication of level of LGBTQ+-friendliness is present.
- Add lgbtq:signed=no to a feature if there is no indication of level of LGBTQ+-friendliness present. Keep in mind that this does not imply lgbtq=no!
To map a pride flag separately, use man_made=flagpole + flag:wikidata=Q51401 (or flag:wikidata=Q96633914, flag:wikidata=Q3249832, etc.)
