The tag ramp:portable=* is used to indicate if the ramp is portable or not. Portable means that the ramp can be moved around and deployed where needed. Portable ramps can be found e.g. at railway platforms to help wheelchair users getting on and off trains. These ramps are usually folded and can therefore be extended in length. The usable dimensions have to be mapped.
Usage
Add ramp:portable=* to an element tagged with ramp=*.
If ramp=* is tagged on highway=steps then ramp:portable=no is assumed.
