An identification number assigned to each pharmacy in Poland that can dispense prescription drugs. Every such pharmacy should also have set dispensing=yes.

The register of pharmacies of the Center for Health Information Systems (CSIOZ - Centrum Systemów Informacyjnych Ochrony Zdrowia) is available at https://rejestrymedyczne.ezdrowie.gov.pl/registry/ra

The register contains information about generally accessible pharmacies and pharmacy outlets as well as pharmacies that are not generally accessible (internal pharmacies of hospitals and treatment centers). Entries also contain information about pharmacy status (including whether they are active or inactive).

ref:csioz=* allows you to uniquely identify a pharmacy in the registry and verify its status.

The register is updated daily and is public information, so you may use it without fear of violating the license.

The Overpass query to find pharmacies without the ref:csioz=* key: https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1qSj - you probably want to change the area "Polska" to a smaller one before running the query.

Key to query results:

black: has ref:csioz=*, missing opening hours

green: has ref:csioz=*, has opening hours

red: missing ref:csioz=*, missing opening hours

magenta: missing ref:csioz=*, has opening hours

grey: missing ref:csioz=* because the pharmacy does not dispense prescription drugs (dispensing=no) and has no entry in the CSIOZ register. It's very rare in Poland for a business to sell mainly OTC drugs and no prescription drugs, most such POIs should be tagged as a chemist (shop=chemist) or herbalist (shop=herbalist) shop

big orange: pharmacy has fixme=* set

big cyan: POI may be a pharmacy, but is missing (amenity=pharmacy) key.
