Use for referencing a historical marker or plaque on the Historical Marker Database.
How to map
This key references the unique ID assigned to a historical markers from by the The Historical Marker Database (HMdb). Reference number can be used on a variety of nodes 
; memorial=plaque, information=board, or memorial=statue depending on what the object is.
The reference number can be found in the HMdb URL of the marker and should be used in combination with the tag website URL and name of the marker.
