This tag is to be used on any natural feature (piping pseudokarst, cave-in, etc…) which has been created by human hand. It does not apply to natural features which have been altered by human hand, as this is a different meaning, covered by refitted=yes.
This tag has been approved by a sinkhole-related proposal, but it can be used for any natural feature which has been created by human.
