This tag describes the building type. Please add the appropriate tags for the parking facilities.

For buildings that were constructed primarily for other purposes (e.g. residential, office, retail) please tag according to the primary use, even if they have (e.g. underground or roof-top) parking.

For constructions without walls, consider building=carport. For individual garages, use building=garage or building=garages.
