How to map
Set a node at the place where the platform section sign is located and add the tag public_transport=platform_section_sign to it.
Tags used in combination
The value which the platform section sig itself shows is mapped with platform_section_sign=*.
Other tags
There exists also the key railway:platform:section=*, which has a similar meaning. Strictly speaking, however, this marks the platform section itself (the tag is often placed on the platform edge in the middle of the section to be marked), whereas with public_transport=platform_section_sign the corresponding sign is meant.
