Disambiguation with sewerage
Sewage and water are currently two different substances in OSM. street_cabinet=* didn't distinguish them and utility=* does.
When replacing street_cabinet=water_management, you should carefully look about what it is precisely about.
If the street cabinet hosts equipment related to water supply, please use utility=water.
If the street cabinet hosts equipment related to sewerage, please use utility=sewerage.
