United Kingdom National Cycle Network/NR1

NR1

National Cycle Network, National Route 1 (NR1) is the longest of Sustrans's cycle routes, running from Dover in the South East, through London then along the Eastern side of England and Scotland, finishing in the Shetland Islands.

NR1 has been extensively mapped for OSM, as summarised on United Kingdom National Cycle Network/National Routes and is represented by a series of relations so that each does not exceed the API's member limit.

I cycled the route from Canterbury to Sittingbourne on 6-Apr-2007. Canterbury to St. Margaret's at Cliffe section added on 14-Apr-2007. Gregoryw I am working on the section through Ipswich-WoodBridge and the alternative coastal route through Ipswich-Felixstowe-Baudsey-Orford 07-May-2007 PeterIto
