Event organisation

State Of The Map 2020 was set to take place in Cape Town, South Africa. Due to the the high infection risk of SARS-COV-2 virus and all its consequences like travel restrictions, cancellation of physical meetings, “social distancing”, and more, a physical SotM was not possible in 2020. Instead it was held as an online conference on 4-5 July 2020. Read the official announcement on the OSM blog for further information.

SotM T-Shirt: Organization of shops

Although we are virtual this year we plan to have a conference t-shirt. The t-shirt won't be included in a ticket price as we won't sell tickets for the virtual conference. So everybody has to buy the t-shirt for themselves. To keep shipping costs low and reasonable we are trying to find shops all over the world. We are organizing this at the wiki page State_of_the_Map_2020/Tshirt shop organization. You cannot buy t-shirts at this shops for SotM yet. As soon as we open the t-shirt sale we will provide this information at the SotM website.

Booklet

This year's conference booklet is available for download as a PDF.
