Tag for cable distribution cabinets. In these cabinets, the low voltage circuits to the house connections, connection and transfer points of the regional utilities are branched.
Other uses include distributions of the municipal street lighting (see utility=street_lighting).
These cabinets are usually marked with an operator name (the power company) and a reference number.
This tag will not be used for cabinets for e.g. telephone services (see utility=telecom, telecom=connection_point and telecom=distribution_point).

Street cabinets cartography
man_made=street_cabinet is better to map such features, particularly when used in combination with utility=power value.
There are many other type of power cabinet than cable distribution ones and street cabinets are more adapted to map them.
It is recommended to don't use power=cable_distribution_cabinet any more.
