Why doesn't my login work?
There are two different logins for the OSM project: one is for this wiki only, and the other is for the website, API, forum and the help site. You need to register on the website to edit OSM data.
Why the key should not be used on relations?
Why did you write that the building=* key should not be used on relations 
? There almost one million buildings mapped as multipolygon relations!
This question comes up often. It does not apply only to the key building=*, but also to other tags. We defined an area as a closed way with appropriate associated tags or using a multipolygon relation creating an area from one of more ways. This means that should not be used on relations means should not be used on relations (except multipolygon relations).
The use of the “onRelation” parameter is clearly explained in the KeyDescription and ValueDescription templates documentation.
