A foundation board election was carried out at the 2009 Annual General Meeting on 22 August 2009.
Formal election results will appear alongside the minutes of the AGM, on the foundation website shorty [1] but the results are provisionally displayed bellow. 11 candidates stood for election to 7 board positions. Membership of the board will be for a term of up to three years as per the articles of association. Every member of the Foundation had up to 7 votes, which were cast in person at the AGM or by proxy (see Proxy voting section below for details).
